This is a total of 2-6 hour event which can be broken up through out the day.

Welcome & Intention Setting (30-45min)
Yoga Warm Up (20 min)
Acro Yoga Team Building Practice (1 hour)
Option between Thai Massage and/or Sound Healing Meditation (30min - 1 hour)
